Everything was done as expected. BMW service could provide more customer feedback as to what was done, what was ok and didn't need replacing and what may need replacing soon
I formed the opinion that the work had been done diligently and the car was returned to me with a comprehensive feedback. The customer waiting facilities were very pleasant.
No service paperwork/ service book was provided to detail what had been carried out on the vehicle. I have now requested this and have received paperwork but no service book.

Needed a Saturday morning, got that, arrived asked how long, about two hours, turned up two hours later and as I walked into the garage the phone rang and the car was ready, perfect.
Good service all through
from the minute I walked into the showroom and presented myself at the desk everything was taken care of and I enjoyed a quiet time in the lounge with some nice coffee.
Good full service, I also did ask if my wheels could be checked because of corrosion, I was very happy that all 4 wheels where replaced free of charge under the warranty.
reluctance to do work under warranty, pressing for undue payment the loose handbrake I took the car in for attention was not properly addressedthe promised free 'valet' was very light touch
I would have given the maximum assessment but I booked the appointment through Warrington on the basis that it was the free 12 month health check. But when I took the car in there was no mention of this, only that it was due for a service.
Everything I requested was done
I would have given 5 One issue is that parking is at a premium there, I am a Motability user & find disabled spaces a boon. At H.J.there is only 1 disabled space and that had a cone in it as it was the walkway between the 2 sites. A rethink needed?
We were looked after very well by Fyn the young lady that got us booked in and very happy with the work done although surprised the car was not cleaned before i collected the car.
I think it is a fair comment.
I would appreciate the facility to borrow a car when mine car is being serviced. Whilst this facility may be available there is too long a lead in time to book in advance. Or at least that is what I have been told when requested in the past.

After having my car in the service dept for over 2 hours to investigate a seat back cover problem. I was told a new cover was required. On returning to have it fitted it took 45 mins to tell me the cover ordered was incorrect. See comments below
Fully met expevtations
The car needed wheel re alignment because of uneven tyre wear, which is a little disappointing in a car of such supposedly high quality at less than 3 years old. Also, as usual , this was relatively expensive from a main dealer at almost £80 .
Car was in for a MOT test and failed as one of the seatbelts was very slightly frayed - the condition of the belt was no different to the last 2 years. The replacement cost was in excess of £200 which I (and others) felt was really steep!

Took my BMW Z4 in for warranty work on a faulty bonnet catch and when I collected the car the front offside tyre was catching on a piece of trim from behind the front spoiler. This was not happening when I took the car in. Rebooked the car in and the
Problem eventually solved but needed to visit twice meaning two 40 miles round trips.
My car was taken there and they kept me updated on a daily basis.
Had warning light during a drive through Wales. They wanted car all day, this was not practical but they managed to check in 3 hours.

Kelly horn is a fantastic sales person, who looked after all the details from the very start was a pleasure
Very clean and modern. Our 3 year old grandson was with us and he was kept entertained by 'Pepper Pig' on the large screen TVs and also the toy BMW car.

Andy Roberts supplied me with at least weekly updates that included the manufacturing and shipping information.
New building with decent facilities (if a little short on visitor parking at times!). Very informative salesman, good humoured focussed on the brand but not in heavy pressure sales way. Pleasure to deal with.
