Kept me informed and updated as to what work was being carried out and how much it would cost.
A 3/4 hour recall work transpired into a 7 hour experience. I was not informed until approx 4:15pm that they would have to order a new motherboard. I had been asking every half hour the service representative if the work was complete.
I found them easy to speak too and efficient... they also kept me informed on the status of my vehicle during the work .. even washed and vaccuumed it before collection !
The experience was very seamless and the staff were friendly.
Quality off everything
I had been advised that I had a 10 minute wait for a lift into town, while my car was being serviced, this wait was actually nearer 40 minutes and I was concerned that I had been forgotten. It would have been helpful be told that there was a delay.
Job (relatively) could have been done more quickly (started eralier) and I coud have waited rather than return home and go back tothe garage to collect my car.

Warranty repair work was successful however the car was given back to me with locking wheel nut still on wheel which subsequent flew off whilst driving home. I now have damage to the same wheel assumingly as a direct consequence
My dashcam mount was damaged. The camera was left disconnected after service. On reviewing the footage captured on the camera to establish how the mount was broken the actions of mechanics was not professional

See above, I rang up and as soon as they realised who I was the service operator started chatting in Welsh and finding out exactly what was wrong. Did I need a courtesy car, could they offer me a lift? It was so customer-centred.
Everyone was very helpful, BUT, the reason I came in was to have the sat nav updated on my new X1, and after it was updated, it still hasn't got the 'new' A556 between J19 on the M6 and J 7 and 8 on the M56.This new road has been open over a year!

As a stranger to this garage they carried out work on my car as if i was a regular customer and not just passing by.
When phoning this particular dealer it is never possible to get through to the service department. It is always a call back and sometimes gets forgotten.

It was a simple first service, so I presume this was done correctly, as I dont have the mechanical know how to check! All I could see was that the car had been washed.

I had a repair done to a mirror. When driving home I noticed the indicator repeater in the mirror wasn't complete as there was a small piece missing off the end. However, it was my fault, because I hadn't notice it was damaged when I rang for a quote

Llandudno Junction BMW are incompetent. Didn't turn up on the correct day.Previous service they wiped contacts from my sat nav.

in for repair of alloys under the warranty taken out when I purchased the car. One alloy was replaced as damage was in fact corrosion. I had to pay the labour for fitting.The other alloy was repaired. Very unhappy with the workmanship, rebooked in.

Car delivered to them under 12 month BMW used car warranty they arranged for a free courtesy car and although the repair required several new parts and days to finally cure the problem I was kept informed.
