On every visit we have made to Halliwell Jones we have received friendly helpful and efficient service.
Very quick and professional as always.
despite a long wait the lounge is comfortable and staff welcoming and professional. Nice coffee, tv & newspapers, comfy chairs. Paperwork informative and reception went through what work was carried out on vehicle. Big bonus is car cleaned and hoover

The staff at Halliwell Jones were so friendly. The waiting are was nice and clean, and well equipped with refreshments. There was a TV as well as an area for me to work whilst I waited.

Could not get hold of staff to sort out booking it in, a very rude Claudette hung up on me. there is no point in having phones if no one answers them I tried to goive this score 1 but your system would not let me

I have visited twice the first time for a tyre check, second was a service.My light had come on for the 6th time showing tyre pressure problem. I do not agree with having to actually book a car in to test tyre pressure. 2hrs later I had to ask forit

My last visit was to replace a punctured runflat tyre. I was on my way again in less than an hour and the car had been washed and the interior vacuumed.

it was an MOT and I was advised that the front discs were worn. They have only covered 10k miles at the most so not sure if I agree.Otherwise good service.

Everything was done as expected. BMW service could provide more customer feedback as to what was done, what was ok and didn't need replacing and what may need replacing soon
I formed the opinion that the work had been done diligently and the car was returned to me with a comprehensive feedback. The customer waiting facilities were very pleasant.
No service paperwork/ service book was provided to detail what had been carried out on the vehicle. I have now requested this and have received paperwork but no service book.

Very clean and modern. Our 3 year old grandson was with us and he was kept entertained by 'Pepper Pig' on the large screen TVs and also the toy BMW car.
