After sales experience wasn't good but then rectified in the end.
Waited three hours to try and sort out rear indicator still not resolved so car going in for day or so
My car was sorted quickly, and returned much cleaner than it went in! The lady I dealt with in reception was lovely, and nothing was too much trouble.

Amenable staff and a quick service
Left BMW after the service with the nest service indicator at 18,000. The next day after 5 miles of driving it was at 14,000 and now after 750 miles it is at 8,000. The car is going back tomorrow for another full day to check this out

My car was returned damaged. I spoke to one of the sales team (Craig) with a look at changing my car in the coming months and he couldn't even be bothered to look at a car with me!
Everything went according to the service schedule: Start time finish time and cost were all as stated.

Dropped the car off and got a free ride to my destination. When picking the car up it had been valeted inside and outside. Dissapointed the fault was not covered under warranty but it was done at a discounted rate.
Asked for a new plate to befitted to the front of the car due to water staining ingress due to no fault of my own and which has been present very soon after I purchased the car 2 years ago. This was not done and was told I would have to pay for it

The service and all round experience at Halliwell Jones North Wales is faultless,
Would have been a 5 if there was a driver available to take me to Llandudno as had been arranged.
I waited for 7 hours walking around town in the cold and rain with my wife and baby grandson to eventually be told that the small part that it needed was not carried in stock and I would need a return visit.
Jeremy, the salesman was excellent and very efficient.
I had the boot release fixed but the interior grab handle for the boot is now loose and I will need to take the car back again to get resolved.
issue with internal trims on the car. I advised the service scheduler that it mainly happens when the inside of the car is warm. His response was "lets hope we have a cold summer"...........Not what I expected and the car needs to return as above

Service ok, car valeted. The service agent attempted to contact me about wear on the brake pads. Car was ready when I arrived to collect it.
I have probably covered my answer above but found the customer service provided of an excellent standard. I will certainly be back in the future when I want a new car
