It is based on information collated by BMW UK over the past 90 days of new car sales and aftersales service transactions, where the customers have subsequently elected to complete a satisfaction survey online or by phone. The car needed wheel re alignment because of uneven tyre wear, which is a little disappointing in a car of such supposedly high quality at less than 3 years old. Also, as usual , this was relatively expensive from a main dealer at almost £80 .

Car was in for a MOT test and failed as one of the seatbelts was very slightly frayed - the condition of the belt was no different to the last 2 years. The replacement cost was in excess of £200 which I (and others) felt was really steep!

I think rather than just vacuuming the car before returning it, a quick wipe down of the seats and surfaces including the inside of the windows would have been good. However the overall service and the collection and return arrangement was excellent.

I attended for a free health check and found that the vehicle needed the computer resetting, included was free valet, on picking up the car I noticed the wheel hubs wren only partly clean i.e. jet wash poor, also incorrect clean or mat interior.
