It was a simple first service, so I presume this was done correctly, as I dont have the mechanical know how to check! All I could see was that the car had been washed.

I had a repair done to a mirror. When driving home I noticed the indicator repeater in the mirror wasn't complete as there was a small piece missing off the end. However, it was my fault, because I hadn't notice it was damaged when I rang for a quote

Llandudno Junction BMW are incompetent. Didn't turn up on the correct day.Previous service they wiped contacts from my sat nav.
I was having problems with my car and all the issues were sorted out. The vehicle was given a good check over and any faults found were fixed. I could not ask for anymore.

in for repair of alloys under the warranty taken out when I purchased the car. One alloy was replaced as damage was in fact corrosion. I had to pay the labour for fitting.The other alloy was repaired. Very unhappy with the workmanship, rebooked in.

Car delivered to them under 12 month BMW used car warranty they arranged for a free courtesy car and although the repair required several new parts and days to finally cure the problem I was kept informed.

My car was collected from my home by a representative of Halliway Jones North Wales on the arranged day and time, the service was carried out and my car returned to my home later that afternoon also having been cleaned, perfect.
Bill presented was significantly higher than quoted, although remedied on presentation.

This was my third visit to Llandudno to try and resolve the parking sensor fault, I have had the car back for a week and it seems to be cured. On the third attempt the centre sought advise from BMW technical centre, this has seemed to do the trick.
They are ready to help, prepared to answer silly questions. I never leave the premises unhappy. I buy BMW's because of the cars and use Halliwell Jones because I use the same salesman James Van Blydenstein for whom nothing is too much trouble.

Car repaired in a few short days and appears to be ok - thank you.Staff when picking up car were generally unwelcoming and unsympathetic to a new BMW car catching fire and not explaning what had gone wrong.
Again same reason as last time customer facing was great but making sure the oil is off the cars paintwork and wheels before its given back to the customer
