This was the third time my car went in for service in a year and the first of the 3 services indicated new break pads front and rear at 50,000 miles. Rear pads were replaced but front pads were out of stock. not enough characters left to complete sto
Shocking from start to finish with BMW Llandudno Junction rather than the call centre.

Fault not fixed, possible not due to HJ, but Bmw themselves. Reluctant to fix a well known fault and fob me off with or excuses.
Staff were not very organised in the morning, had to wait around for about 20 minutes. Was then late for work. Everything else was fine.
BMW have excellent customer service.
Service desk unreachable by phone. Messages often not retuned. Long wait for appointment date despite urgent matters. Staffs were friendly but stretched. Some staffs lacking knowledge, customer misinformed. Noticed a decline in standard.

The workshop is 80 miles from my home, they gave me a courtesy car which I returned the following day.

Halliwell Jones North Wales were very helpful and it was a pleasure buying from them. They kept us informed of the progress and were never too busy to answer our questions.

From Daniel point excellent not a word I use very often, interior cleaning of the vehicle in specific to ALL windows were of a poor standard in been clean upon finding this out following collection the windows were not cleaned throughtout the car.
Fantastic bunch of staff. I know I am among fellow enthusiasts who genuinely believe in BMW. They have been extremely informative and knowledgeable in explaining our new Hybrid to us. Nothing is too much trouble for them. A really great team.
