Disappointed that I had to take my vehicle to Llandudno for its MOT as Chester could not assist me yet I live on the Wirral !!!!
work completed on time, however the service bill was nearly £300 (accepted) but the cost shown for the disposal of old oil etc was over half of this, which appears to be extremely high.
Was emailed to inform me of my 3 year warranty check only to find out my Garage in Chester could not see me until after warranty had expired. Managed luckily to get in on last day of warranty.

I had queries which were addressed in a professional manner. The video sent to me on the examination of my vehicle was truly inspirational.

It was so easy we went shopping came back and the car was ready, it was like it never happened.
As above comments, however I would like to point out that when booking and collecting the car the lady receptionist was very helpful.

Dealership handled initial service/end of warranty without issue, warranty issue was identified resulting in a return visit to clear warranty work. This work was also satisfactorily carried out.
As always very professional and pleasant the service team , receptionist, workshop manager , mechanics are always helpful and understanding.

The vehicle was at Halliwell Jones for 5 working days. It appeared the battery on the vehicle was at fault but took this time to diagnose it and then still had to pay for a replacement when under BMW warranty which is just not good enough.

The car has an issue - creaking passenger suspension - I suspect a strut mount - had exactly the same issue on my previous series 2 gran tourer - very disappointing
Well looked after but frustrated that it took 3 separate visits to get my Satnav / Radio / Phone working again
Unhelpful at the dealership, having to organise getting home myself and 24 hour delay before getting courtesy car - having to collect it 25 miles away from our home.
In for first service at 8.30. Given an approx time of 1.30 hrs to complete. Making myself seen at 10.45. Out at 11.45. Dont know how long service took which probably included a break. Seems to take a longtime to invoice completion.
Same reason as above plus had to wait A month for one of the appointment for it to of done NOTHING !!!!
Apart from the cost of a oil/filter change

Professional but overpriced
Went in for a service, knew what I was going to pay and took place efficiently whilst I waited. I was able to carry on working in the comfortable waiting area.
I was informed I would have to pay for the service I was booked in for, I thought we had paid for the service when we purchased the car! After checking my paperwork I rang them back only to be told by another service person that I had already paid!
This was the third time my car went in for service in a year and the first of the 3 services indicated new break pads front and rear at 50,000 miles. Rear pads were replaced but front pads were out of stock. not enough characters left to complete sto

Once all paperwork was sorted, went with the salesman for hand over and check the brand new car, was very disappointed to find a couple of marks/damage to the paintwork that somewhat spoilt picking up the new car.
Very patient sales person who tried different combinations of additional extras for me to see on screen
