kept waiting far to long to have 2 tyres changed
The service and all round experience at Halliwell Jones North Wales is faultless,
I waited for 7 hours walking around town in the cold and rain with my wife and baby grandson to eventually be told that the small part that it needed was not carried in stock and I would need a return visit.
Would have been a 5 if there was a driver available to take me to Llandudno as had been arranged.
Jeremy, the salesman was excellent and very efficient.
I had the boot release fixed but the interior grab handle for the boot is now loose and I will need to take the car back again to get resolved.
Gave me what I wanted.
I have probably covered my answer above but found the customer service provided of an excellent standard. I will certainly be back in the future when I want a new car
Service ok, car valeted. The service agent attempted to contact me about wear on the brake pads. Car was ready when I arrived to collect it.
issue with internal trims on the car. I advised the service scheduler that it mainly happens when the inside of the car is warm. His response was "lets hope we have a cold summer"...........Not what I expected and the car needs to return as above
Car serviced, I was dropped off at home. The vehicle was ready slightly earlier than expected, it had been cleaned inside and out. Vert happy
This visit was for Warranty work.I was initially told the required part would not be available until June,but,luckily it came within 2 weeks.

Due to issues re tyres in Wilmslow and North Wales. Staff were helpful courteous and welcoming.
Kept us updated on the repair whilst we had to return home in our daughters vehicle following the car hire company not able to provide a courtesy car.
Would have given 5 stars however a couple of days following my car having it service the windscreen washer light come on say it was low, was clearly not filled up as part of the service. Every thing was good though.

Good personal service, free lift to Llandudno, free use of lounge, car cleaned thoroughly before picking up. The charges and work done were explained fully. There is a problem with parking on the site.
In the four years that I have had this vehicle, when ever I phone to orange a service or resolve a query, not once have the service department answered the phone. They are always .."busy on another call" and will have to call back. FRUSTRATING!!!
Convenient date, day and time for service agreed. Drop off and pick up from town centre given. Polite and friendly staff.

Prior to being taken over I found the dealership somewhat aloof and this ethos is still there.Maybe this due to the fact that they are on the coast and I am more rural and Welsh speaking!!!!!!
From buying my bmw to having a service and mot the service was excellent...I was taken into Llandudno and picked up after some shopping when my car was ready
I had asked for a minor addition to be carried out, this was agree with the engineer (not just the person booking) I left the vehicle with them all day due to the extra task, then when I collected the car it had not been completed. false promises
Disappointed that I had to take my vehicle to Llandudno for its MOT as Chester could not assist me yet I live on the Wirral !!!!
work completed on time, however the service bill was nearly £300 (accepted) but the cost shown for the disposal of old oil etc was over half of this, which appears to be extremely high.
Was emailed to inform me of my 3 year warranty check only to find out my Garage in Chester could not see me until after warranty had expired. Managed luckily to get in on last day of warranty.

I had queries which were addressed in a professional manner. The video sent to me on the examination of my vehicle was truly inspirational.

As above comments, however I would like to point out that when booking and collecting the car the lady receptionist was very helpful.

Dealership handled initial service/end of warranty without issue, warranty issue was identified resulting in a return visit to clear warranty work. This work was also satisfactorily carried out.
As always very professional and pleasant the service team , receptionist, workshop manager , mechanics are always helpful and understanding.

The vehicle was at Halliwell Jones for 5 working days. It appeared the battery on the vehicle was at fault but took this time to diagnose it and then still had to pay for a replacement when under BMW warranty which is just not good enough.

All aspects within the control of the Centre very well handled. Vehicle itself not perfect on delivery.
Generally covered in(1). Somewhat dissatisfied. I returned the car within 2 hours of handover after noticing some superficial damage (dimple/ blemish to rear of motor). This was rectified in their paint shop urgently and satisfactorily.

Lovely team at the showroom....Dan a patient and polite salesman with just the right level of persuasion, always responsive and kind even when asked loads of questions. The manager is welcoming and seems to know what you want and Dermot's great too.

Once all paperwork was sorted, went with the salesman for hand over and check the brand new car, was very disappointed to find a couple of marks/damage to the paintwork that somewhat spoilt picking up the new car.
