I need to make further booking as the front n/side electric window isn't working.
Excellent no fuss service
I have no complaint whatsoever about being taken to and collected from Llandudno and a new tyre was fitted. However as for the main reason for the visit it was a waste of time because the problem has reappeared!!!!
Service OK but had to wait just over an hour for transport home. Had to remind staff still waiting.

The problem with my car was dealt with efficiently and I was kept informed of the work in progress. Also nice to have the health check done on the car while it was in the workshop. Very reassuring. Video was useful too.

the service staff not as friendly as they used to be. Avoid gaze, no instant smile on first glance, head down..body image is not a happy picture thus puts customer off. they were adequate. My favourite person was the diver that dropped me off.
Didn't phone me to let me know the car was ready for collection. Went in the hope that it was. Luckily, the work had been done. Could not get through on the phone for over an hour.
I was kept informed throughout the entire time my car was being repaired at BMW - I was so amazed and reassured at this service.

The booling of a service/MOT via the web-site is not effective. Go through the proceds of booking - enter vehicle details and servce work required snd when it gets to booking a date the system advises that I will receive a phone call to arrange!!!!!

Paid for service pack, but asked on arrival how will I be paying, mentioned I had a service pack on the car but no record. Had to verify with head office before service took place, HQ got back to say I had put a service pack on car.
The front desk service staff communicated pleasantly and efficiently, The main issue (reason for booking a service early, i.e. air con effectiveness) was not resolved satisfactorily.

Very prompt and courteous
The car is a Motability car and as such is required on a daily basis to transport the disabled person to his jobs.Unfortunately the loan car was not suited to this purpose so loss of his earnings have come into play in this instance.
Service carried as required. A fault was diagnosed and rectified and the car returned in a clean state. As a BMW dealer it is what is expected.
I would have given higher but the lady who initially called to book the service wasnt helpful. It was only when I contacted my local dealer that the service improved and was then very good

Service Centre at Llanduno has been excellent. My car is older and I was considered looking for cheaper options but Phil and Ffion where so helpful I felt it was worth the extra I pay. Having the car so clean on its return is always a nice touch!:)

My car was sorted quickly, and returned much cleaner than it went in! The lady I dealt with in reception was lovely, and nothing was too much trouble.

Amenable staff and a quick service
Left BMW after the service with the nest service indicator at 18,000. The next day after 5 miles of driving it was at 14,000 and now after 750 miles it is at 8,000. The car is going back tomorrow for another full day to check this out

I have to wait for three hours fo a job that I had been told would take about one.
My car was returned damaged. I spoke to one of the sales team (Craig) with a look at changing my car in the coming months and he couldn't even be bothered to look at a car with me!

Dropped the car off and got a free ride to my destination. When picking the car up it had been valeted inside and outside. Dissapointed the fault was not covered under warranty but it was done at a discounted rate.
Asked for a new plate to befitted to the front of the car due to water staining ingress due to no fault of my own and which has been present very soon after I purchased the car 2 years ago. This was not done and was told I would have to pay for it
I received 3 different prices and viewpoints on servicing contracts. From different sources the charges for service were disproportionately high.

Although I'm satisfied, I did find it strange that my SatNav DVD disc had been removed and then reinserted upside down. Initially I thought some major fault had been introduced and I was about to go back into the Centre. A fault was showing on iDrive
The sales person was actually my son! However, he was made redundant before I took possession of the car. I have had NO contact from any other member of the sales team. So have pretty much been left in limbo.
halliwell jones north wales dealership are wonderful people to deal with from the dealer principle and all his staff.
We have dealt with Halliwell Jones North Wales for many years. I could have got hecar cheaper through Park Lane BMW due to my job, but the North Wales garage offers more than money could buy. John and Lee made the experience wonderful.
