our car was deemed undriveable due to an unknown fault , but no available slots to look at it for 10 days, due to Easter. Terry Edwards helped us sort a hire car, then managed to get it looked at and repaired within 3 days. He was very helpful

On the health check they found I had a screw in the tyre this was about 11.55am it was not until 13.15pm when they had finished the servicing that I was informed. I was not offered any help on options.

My appointment was changes without checking that the day was convenient with me. I asked for the wheel bearing ro be checked and it was not. I would like to thank Megan on the desk for booking my car in for this to be done. She's very efficient.

The staff were new, didn't contact me to let me know car was ready, turned up before close assuming all was OK, payed and left, had to return warning light on also check sheet had not been looked at and I had a damaged tyre, recommended not to drive!

I arrived to collect the car was given the bill and paid . Found out that it was not for my car. Had to wait another half hour to sort out their mistake.

The young lady who looked after me was very nice however, her male colleagues could do with smiling and acknowledging customers. Appreciate they were probably busy however, a smile doesn't take any time/effort and makes for a nicer atmosphere.

I did ask some questions over teams about costs to replace my headlight bulb but never got a reply .when I asked the service advisor he quoted me £80 which I thought was very expensive. But didn't get a correct price/response .

Everything easy to arrange. Staff keep you well informed. Excellent showroom and waiting area. The only complaint I have, is that the free car wash is more like a quick rinse with a hose than a wash, but after saying this what do you expect for free.

Took the car in to have the engine management light diagnosed and fixed. Cost £202 to turn the light off and reset error messages. Engine management light came back on 24 hours later. Have booked it back in again but was told I might be charged again

Service fine but very disappointed that automatic gearbox failed after only 68k miles. I'm sure I've mentioned jumping at low speed before. We thought it was just kangaroo petrol but was probably the start of the gearbox issues.
