Helpful, knowledgeable & friendly staff without being 'pushy'. My car should have been picked up the day before but it had a mark on the bumper which needed to be dealt with. This was sorted quickly though.

We were stuck in Llandudno Junction for 4 hours on a wet and miserable Friday afternoon. HJ used to supply you with a complimentary vehicle but this service was replaced with a driver who would take you to Llandudno or Conwy - service also withdrawn

Took the car in to have the engine management light diagnosed and fixed. Cost £202 to turn the light off and reset error messages. Engine management light came back on 24 hours later. Have booked it back in again but was told I might be charged again

Everything was fine but I did ask if they would look at the top of my seatbelt that's making a rattle and is irritating but no one did because it was still the same when I came out. Paying in instalments should be discussed on your arrival

I explained what the issue was before attending the site and was told oh right sounds like x which is a common problem, then attended site to find out 7 hours later that the car would need to go back as the part required is on back order

Service fine but very disappointed that automatic gearbox failed after only 68k miles. I'm sure I've mentioned jumping at low speed before. We thought it was just kangaroo petrol but was probably the start of the gearbox issues.

I was told a courtesy car wouldn't be provided as the recall would only take 2 hours and I could wait for it to be finished. Dropped vehicle off at 9am car wasn't ready until 3 and I did not receive a call to advise me the vehicle was finished

When attending the service centre, the staff are very good at what they do. However trying to contact the centre is very frustrating, kept on hold for twenty minutes with no answer. I gave up and tried WhatsApp as advised, still no answer!

No longer providing drivers to transport customers after service. Sadly the former driver lost his life in a vehicle accident. Dealer has no plans to replace driver.
