The service aspect was entirely ok.I was extremely annoyed to be told that there could be a charge for the work done to ascertain why my 4000 mile car went into limp mode.The male receptionist was told that there would be no payment from me.

The staff were very polite and accommodating. They asked if I wanted the car washed and vaccumed. I agreed as long as they dried the car after a wash and she agreed to ask. They did so which meant they cared for my wishes. The waiting area was good.

Reasonable price, quick and efficient. However promised a free wash and wasn't done. Your lady apologised, blamed a third party supplier and if I were to wait 30 mins or so she would have it done. You'd had car all day & didn't have time then.

Car was dropped off at 8.55 for an MOT which was booked for 9am. The car wasn't ready until 13.20. Almost 4 and a half hours for a straightforward MOT (pass) with no advisories.

Asked them to look at my brakes as I've had to replace the brake disks twice in less than 12 months. No doubt there is a root cause to make the disks warp. Failure to understand my concerns or properly look into it bought the score down.

our car was deemed undriveable due to an unknown fault , but no available slots to look at it for 10 days, due to Easter. Terry Edwards helped us sort a hire car, then managed to get it looked at and repaired within 3 days. He was very helpful

On the health check they found I had a screw in the tyre this was about 11.55am it was not until 13.15pm when they had finished the servicing that I was informed. I was not offered any help on options.

The staff were new, didn't contact me to let me know car was ready, turned up before close assuming all was OK, payed and left, had to return warning light on also check sheet had not been looked at and I had a damaged tyre, recommended not to drive!

We usually have a ride into Llandudno from a member of staff, but to'd on arrival that this service was no longer offered (was not told this when booking). No courtesy car available and over an hour wait for taxi and bus.
