Harry at Conwy was great, very gelpful and prvided overall excellent customer service. I was recomended to use the dealership by a friend and I would pass on the recommendation myself.

Delays in car arriving, poor response to phone calls, ppromises to phone back not observed. Delivery was a lenghty proceddure and information abour=t new car features was rushed.

The sales team tried their very best - let down by the quality of the product and the after sales teams. I still do not believe that the car was valeted and a pdi completed. Disappointing and embarrassing and I really feel that no one cares. Awful!

Booking MOT was efficient and I was offered a lift from the dealership back home and then picked up when it was done. Otherwise it was the bus or a long walk. Reception went through MOT points and car had been washed. All good.

The fault was fixed and 2 recalls were dealt to enable me to travel in time for an overseas business trip. Plus a problem with a tire was found in the inspection and dealt with too. Meg was super helpful.

The car had to be returned, to my inconvenience, to BMW twice after service. Oil drips and noisy fan. Very annoying for me but the dealer could not have been more helpful in resolving the issues. Excellent after sales manager.

On this occccasion, while the starting problem appears to have been been cured with the fitting of a new battery, the "Headlamp vertical aim control" warning has continued to appear. Hopefully it can be rectified at my next service appointment.

All the 'service desk staff', (especially Chloe); but also the lady on the Welcome Desk, and also Josh who sorts out technology questions have all been exceptional in their work. I have complete confidence in the brand of BMW because of their work.

5/5 for me. I have no complaints. Everything is always how it should be. The actual showroom itself is in good condition, and I have seen how staff look after it and how the valeters keep the cars looking clean and shiny. Everyone is spot on here!

Initially a fault could not be diagnosed. However when Chloe drove the car for me to drive off, she experienced the issue and arranged for the technician to try other tests. It would have been very easy just to ignore that and let me leave.
