This was fine. On reflection however, there were items relating to operation servicing in the handover sign off document that were not covered on the day. It is better to work with a list in my professional experience to ensure everything is covered.

The only reason for not providing 5 stars is that the service costs are expensive for a health check and change of oil. Quite difficult to justify £400 for a check that is scheduled for two hours but took a lot less time. Even less without the clean.

I was kept informed about issues that were found during the inspection and service and offered an option ro authorise work required, I discussed my ootions with the service representative and agreed to book the vehicle in at a later date.
