It was a pleasure purchasing a car from BMW Llandudno Junction, all the staff were so helpful & friendly . Both my husband & myself have bought from Mercedes Benz for many years & had little knowledge of BMW, Michael Bradshaw was so knowledgeable.

Seamless from start to finish. From John the sales manager initially, it was just three weeks to collection of new vehicle. Michael Bradshaw, sales agent was well informed, helpful and all paperwork was completed with quiet efficiency.

We had a loan vehicle due to the expected duration of the service, which we were asked to fill up prior to its return, however when filling the fuel tank it became apparent that the previous user had not filled the vehicle to its maximum.

Made a request to check my tyres while my car was in for service, I knew they low 3 tyres 2.1 and off side rear 2.0. They did tell me they had been check? 3 days later message came up to check tyres, and when I travel for 30mins showing all 2.0 .

Courtesy car was electric Mini Only one available. Range was limited given I live near Caernarfon. Range at start was 105 miles got down to 91 miles in Conwy ! so not very practical if I had to go home and return .

Luca dealt with my Health Check and he was very clear on the advice he gave and provided information/updates in a timely manner. He helped with several additional queries I had - he didn't rush these and offered further assistance if it was needed.
