Although I had to wait for transport home it was available. I don't live far from HJ but it would be a long difficult walk or, on public transport would mean two bus journeys.
The car was required for a few days; I was driven home after leaving the car at the garage. When it was ready, a car was sent to collect me.

You would have had completely satisfied if you had reset the service clock on the car! As it is it is reading that a service is due at 19000 miles when infact it has been done early!

I bought my first BMW about 10 years ago after meeting John the sales manager at Halliwell Jones, North Wales. The service and buying experience I received on that occasion ensured that I returned on four more occasions and purchased new cars.
Everything went smoothly nothing to much trouble.

There was a major delay in delivery but it might have been expected considering the circumstances. I was very happy with the service I got from Halliwell Jones.
The Sales Executive, Daniel Roberts, was very easy to deal with whilst I was trying to determine the right car and was happy to assist me and provide any further information that was requested, which made my decision in the end an easy one!
Although there was a delay in receiving my car, through either Brexit or COVID, I'm not sure, but Dan at the car centre was very good and kept me informed every step of the way..

The car was ready for collection at the agreed time. Everything was well explained by the staff, I felt the organisation of the paperwork was excellent.

Excellent service, slight delay of around two weeks in delivery but this was not down to Llandudno BMW this was down to the transport from America-Germany
