The general attitude is complacent
More than happy with the service. Courtesy car on the day like the other garages would be a great help.
I have found that all my requirements are looked after including the provision of a complimentary car which very convenient when my own car is in the workshop for a number of hours.

The workshop is 80 miles from my home, they gave me a courtesy car which I returned the following day.

Easy to answer. Whenever I go there, it is like meeting a bunch of fellow enthusiasts in their recently refurbished surroundings. Excellent advice is always available from the workshop too.
Received text indicating MOT + Service due on vehicle. Knew this was incorrect and contacted garage. Asked to pop key in and it transpired that details held related to a vehicle I owned 2 years ago. A recall notice was also advised.
The work done seems to be of the highest quality, and the staff all round were 100%.
Completely satisfied, everything sorted and the car returned clean.

My MOT was completed as planned..Extra work was required and the mechanic telephoned me immediately to inform me of this and asked did I want him to proceed which he did - this of course was far more convenient for me
My car went in for a full valet not happy at all how it looked every window had white lines going down no way had they been polished, rear back the same now with so much rain some have wash off leaving lines at the bottom of the windows
Did not expect brake disc and pads to need replacing so soon only got 26000 miles on car
Jonathan Humphreys was excellent. I was indecisive and changed my choice of car after ordering and Jon dealt with this in a friendly and polite manner, which was greatly appreciated.

Whilst the actual service work carried out was of a high standard and my vehicle was given a very good wash, I was very disappointed with how long I had to leave it at the dealership for what was described as a one and a half hour service schedule.
Required a new tyre fitting. Excellent service by Phil but took longer to produce an invoice and pay for it.

As above, but on this occasion BMW were helpful in contributing to the cost of a fault just out of warranty.

Car was looked sat thoroughly during recent service. And enjoyed the video from the mechanic.
The staff were very friendly & helpful & service was completed in good time but the work needed on the front & rear brakes & wipers was not able to be completed as the parts were not in stock. Meaning I have a 90 mile round trip again & full day out.
See above - possibly would have been better if senior mechanic had appeared and tried to explain things and maybe restore faith in car and brand.

They take a long time to answer the phone. They don't call you back to keep you updated. The car was with them for 8 days and when I went to collect it it hadn't been cleaned.

Little bit disappointed with having to go back to the dealer for return to workshop work which resulted in the car breaking down on the way to the dealership. The service department are always helpful and friendly however.

I went in for minor repair and wheel problem spotted by technician
My car went in for a few days in order to rectify a fault. However, the fault appears to be returning. The windscreen, dash display and light coloured pillars to front strewn with finger prints after the work to the dash.
Didn't fix my issue, noises appeared after 20 mile.
Disappointed that I had problems with my car such a short time after warranty expired, however I felt pleased that the work required was done at a goodwill gesture, paying a small fee.
Over the moon.again nothing to much trouble.

Couldnt fault anything. Very smooth transaction. Everyone I dealt with knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was explained in detail from choosing, building and ordering the car right down to collection by myself. All functions explained clearly.
