When I booked the x5 in for an oil change I wasn't told how much it would be, I thought £100 at most. I was horrified when I was informed the price would be £450! I had already travelled there organised courtesy car etc so had to go ahead

My cR was damaged whilst in the garage, I was expected to pay. I refused, and the garage took liability. Then, was quoted £349-50 for works that I was quoted as £170 the month before! Then, get car home, and the car is still faulty.

I was not happy with the trade in offer for my 3 year old 520d wat was considerable less than the finance settlement. The advise I was given resulted in a voluntary termination so I handed the car back to BMW Finance.
